Exploring the Satin Stitch


I have been doodling away using only (variations of) the Satin Stitch and I wrote all about my explorations on the &Stitches blog! It's a lovely stitch and I'm definitely not done exploring it. :)

    Thank you for the link to Julie's tips - my satin stitch circles have a tendency to end up as eggs too! Must do more practice ....

      I wonder where we would end up with if we intentionally would try to stitch an oval shape! A pointy egg I suspect... ;)
